Three layers packing materials with the base of aluminum polymer films has the properties:

BOPP FILM transparent/foil AL PE or PP

1. High barrier properties on gas penetration;
2. High water resistance;
3. High smell resistance;
4. Protection from the sun light;
5. High durability, hardness and capability to pin holes;
6. Constant shape of package;
7. High durability and air tightness of the weld.

Three layers materials with the base of metalized polymer films has next properties:

BOPP FILM transparent/PETF metalized or BOPP FILm metalized or PP

1. High barrier properties on gas penetration;
2. High water resistance;
3. High smell resistance;

PAPER + FOIL +PE

The material has exclusive aroma – steam – and gas resistance, has good heat sealing.

Used as the package for products: species, baby food, tea, coffee, pharmaceutical medcine, food stuff, house-hold chemistry.

Foil + Paper + PE

Used for packing the oil-fatty products: doesn't keep the static electricity, that is important for constant work of the equipment.

Paper + PE

Has the properties similar to Paper/AI/PE, is used for packing the products with the automat machines without heat sealing.

Used only for packing oil-fatty products: сbutter, margarine, ice-cream and etc.

PET + FOIL + PE

«Triplex» which has the base of the aluminum foil – is very firm material.

1. High durability and good geometry of the heat sealing seam;
2. Has high barrier properties on gas penetration, water resistance and smell resistance, protection from sun light, therefore gives a possibility of longer storage of the packed good;
3. Has constant shape of the package;
4. Has high durability and hardness.
