Wicket bags for bread made from CPP film

We offer to your attention bags from non-oriented polypropylene. Such bags are called wicket bags. Basic material for such bags is cast-polypropylene film CPP.

Unlike the bags from PND and PVD, bread in such bags could be packed while it is warm and could be saved several weeks without loosing any taste or smelt.

Cast-polipropylene film is cheeper than other materials, high durability and flexibility. Also it has good optical properties, has minimal deviation in thickness, what is especially important for good quality printing. Bags made from CPP has durable side seam, they are separate from each other that is why they suite for using on semi-automated pre-packing machine, wherethe bags are putted horizontally in the clipse-stop (wicket) and filled with the after opening with the wind-blower, than it is glued with adhesive tape. Wicket-bags could be used for sealing and for clipses. They are also suitable for manual packing.

Wicket-bags are widely used on the packing lines, they are putting in one pack up to 500, tduring the process thay are stick to gether with clips and putted into special carton boxes. The amoun of the wicket-bags for bread packing depends on color printing and thickness of the propylene film, sizes and demands for design. Besides bread and bakery polypropylene bags are used for packing confectionary, vegetables and fruits.
